Accounting
services: Providing
financial information to our clients in a timely and accurate
manner is a commitment that we feel cannot be compromised.
Meaningful, well-organized financial records ensure that your
business operations will run more efficiently. We provide a full
range of accounting services including Book keeping services which
includes entry of transactions in the accounting software, complete
maintenance of accounting records as per statutory requirements,
periodical reconciliations, Accounts Payable Management, Accounts
Receivable Management, Bank Reconciliations, Document management,
Inventory management, monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly MIS
reports and any other special reports as required by the management
of the company from time to time.
Audits,
Review & Compilations: We view our role in the financial
reporting process as an opportunity to provide constructive

efficiency. We provide financial reporting on all three levels of
assurance. We provide audit services (an intensive examination with
the highest level of assurance), review services (analytical
procedures conducted with limited assurance) and compilation
services (based upon information the client provided and used
primarily for internal purpose) for the financial data of your
company. We also perform Internal Audit assignments for the review
of process controls and review of financial data of the company. We
provide assistance services for Statutory audits including file
building, preparation of audit schedules, compilation of reports
etc as required by the statutory auditors of your company. We also
perform special assignments such as verification, identification
marking and valuation of Fixed Assets, valuation of shares,
receivables audit, payables audit, stock audit etc.
Financial
Statements & Reports: We can assist you in the preparation of
your company’s financial statements in accordance with the
applicable standards, but express no opinion or any other form of
assurance on the underlying information included in them. We
can also assist you in preparation of other customized and special
reports based on your requirements, to help you make a better
decision for your business.
Financial
Forecasts & Projections: Forecasting is a necessity when trying to

Project office, Liaison office etc. We can also assist you in
obtaining the post incorporation registrations done for the company
viz Permanent Account Number (PAN), Tax deduction Account Number
(TAN), Importer Exporter Code (IEC), STPI, SEZ, Value Added Tax

Taxation
Services: We can
provide you with assistance in taxation services for our corporate
clients as well as individual clients (including the employees of
our corporate clients). We can also provide financial advisory and
tax planning services to Non Resident Indians (NRIs) and assist our
individual clients in getting their PAN card and filing of tax
returns. Shortly, we are also venturing into the International
Taxation services as well to better cater to the requirements of
our clients.
Payroll
Services: As your
business grows, you must hire more employees, which can result in
increased payroll administration. We can assist you in implementing
the controls necessary to ensure a reliable, efficient and
effective payroll system. We can assist you in reconciling the
employee advances, loss of pay calculations, over time allowance
calculations, incentive calculations etc and statutory deductions
on a monthly basis and arrive at the monthly payroll figure.
Further, we can also assist you in the preparation and mailing of
individual pay slips to each employee of the company, Salary
Certificate (Form 16) to each employee at the end of the financial
year. We can also provide support to your employees by addressing
any queries they might have on their salary, deductions
etc.
Statutory
Payments: Timely and
correct remittances of statutory dues are very important and are
often ignored by many companies. We can assist you in the
calculation and verification of the applicable statutory dues of
the company. Further, we can also assist you in filling the
prescribed form/challans and make sure the payment is remitted on
time every time. A few of the periodical statutory dues include,
Professional tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State
Insurance (ESI), Tax Deducted at Source(TDS), Value Added Tax(VAT),
Service Tax, Advance Tax (Income tax) etc.
Labour law
services: Once
registered under the applicable labour law such as Provident Fund
or Employee State Insurance or Factories Act, your company will be
responsible to maintain certain registers and records in the
prescribed format and file certain forms and returns with the
prescribed authorities from time to time. We can assist you in the
maintenance and updating of all the required registers and records
and also assist you in preparing and filing the prescribed returns
with the authorities.
Secretarial
services: A company
registered under the Indian Companies Act, is required to convene
certain board meetings and general meetings from time to time.
Further, it is also required to file certain forms with the
Registrar of Companies for the purpose of intimation or approval as
the case may be. We can assist you in the convening of Board
meetings, Annual General Meetings or Extra Ordinary General
Meetings. Further, we can also take care of preparing the minutes
of the meeting and maintain them in the prescribed way. We will
also be taking care of updating and maintaining the Statutory
registers as prescribed by the Indian Companies Act, from time to
time in addition to the preparation and issuance of Share
Certificates. Further, we can assist you in the preparation of
forms and filing of forms with the Registrar of Companies for
Annual Accounts, Annual Return, Change in Directors, Alteration of
Memorandum/Articles of Association, Increase in Share Capital,
Change in Registered office address and any other intimation or
approval. We can also assist you in the compliance requirements of
listed companies.
Other
services: We can also
assist your company in certain services like assistance in setting
up a local bank account for your company, returns/documents to be
filed for intimation/approval with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
from time to time, preparation of financial statements for seeking
loans from banks or financial institutions, due diligence audits,
forming Trusts, NGOs, advisory services on Foreign Exchange
Management Act (FEMA), valuation of shares for the purpose of
investment or transfer of shares, obtaining 80G certificate for
NGOs.
